Seni Popat earned a B.B.A. in Business Management and Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University in 2006. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2010. Those credentials laid the groundwork for dual admission to the bars of New York and New Jersey a few years into her career.
She began practice as a senior associate at the Law Office of Cohen & Jaffe, LLP in 2010. The role put her in the middle of transactional work and client counseling early on. That experience helped shape the next step: founding her own firm. In 2017 she became president of the Law Office of Seni Popat, P.C., leading a small practice that handles matters across state lines.
Her professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar, both held since 2010.
