Scott L. Silar trained as a lawyer at Widener University Delaware School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1992 after completing a B.A. at Susquehanna University in 1981. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and is also licensed before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
