About Sarvey

Sarvey Askarieh graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000, and earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2004. She completed her legal education in Southern California and moved quickly into practice after law school. Her academic background provided a foundation for work in California courts and the federal district that serves the region.

After receiving her J.D., Askarieh became a member of the State Bar of California in 2004. She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Those admissions have shaped the arc of her career and the types of matters she takes on.

Askarieh serves as Managing Lawyer at Yevras Law Group, P.C. In that role she combines case work with firm administration. She oversees day-to-day operations, supervises other lawyers and staff, and participates directly in client matters. The title reflects responsibility for both the business and legal sides of the practice.

Her work involves representation in matters that are filed and argued at the state level and in federal court. As a practitioner in California and the Central District, she handles procedural and substantive tasks that accompany litigation and other court proceedings. She has familiarity with the rules and practices of those courts and the expectations of litigants and judges in the region.

Colleagues and clients encounter Askarieh in several capacities: as an attorney on individual matters, as a manager coordinating team efforts, and as a point of contact for procedural questions tied to state and federal filings. She balances client-facing responsibilities with the internal oversight required of a managing lawyer. That combination shapes how cases are handled and how the firm allocates resources.

Her bar membership in California, maintained continuously since 2004, remains a central credential for her practice. Admission to the Central District federal court adds another layer of authorization for matters that require federal filings or proceedings. Those credentials underpin the licensing needed to represent clients across the relevant courts.

She practices through Yevras Law Group, P.C., where she maintains her office and leads the firm’s legal work. Her practice centers on matters brought in California state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
