Her legal journey began with a solid educational foundation; she earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1996, the same year she was admitted to the bar. Before pursuing her law degree, Sarah completed her Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1993, focusing on Marketing.
This advanced degree complemented her earlier academic achievements, including a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Marquette University, which she obtained in 1990. Additionally, her involvement with the YWCA from 2013 to 2015 as a Board of Directors member highlights her dedication to social justice and community service. In academia, Sarah has also made her mark as an instructor at Upper Iowa University from 2007 to 2009.
