About Sandi Eubank
Sandi Eubank Gregory began her professional path in the law after completing degrees in English and political science and then earning a law degree. She received a B.A. from Florida State University in 1993 and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1998. Those academic years set the stage for a career centered on family law and courtroom work.
Her early years in practice included an associate position at Marcus A. Jones, III & Associates, P.C., where she worked beginning in 2004. She moved into partnerships over the next decade, joining Gregory & Hardin in 2009 and then Gregory, Burns & Brashier, LLC in 2011. In 2013 she opened her own firm, Sandi Eubank Gregory, Lawyer at Law, LLC, and later served as a partner at Gregory Fann, LLC in 2021. In 2023 she became a partner at Gregory Fann Turner. Along the way she has maintained admissions that include the Alabama bar and practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Courtroom practice has been a through line in Gregory’s work. She is Board Certified in Family Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a credential that reflects time spent trying contested matters. That certification informs how she approaches hearings and trials. Colleagues and opposing counsel have known her for a methodical approach to case development and courtroom preparation.
Gregory’s involvement in professional organizations runs deep. She has been active in the Alabama State Bar’s Family Law Section since 1998 and joined the Family Law Section’s Board of Directors in 2017. She is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and she has participated in the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum since 2012. Locally, she is part of the Birmingham Bar Association and, since 2019, has been on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Executive Committee. Earlier she served on the Board of Directors for Alabama CASA Networks from 2012 to 2014.
Her practice record shows a mix of private practice and firm collaborations that spans associate work, firm partnerships, and ownership of her own practice. That mix has kept her engaged in both negotiated resolutions and contested litigation. She has worked on matters that require trial readiness and has maintained professional ties across state and national bar groups.
She currently practices as a partner at Gregory Fann Turner and continues to handle family law matters, including contested trials and dispute resolution.
