About Tylynn
Tylynn Griffin combined an early interest in technology with formal training in law and business. She earned a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (2020) and an MBA from Samford University (2020). Before turning to graduate study she completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science — Information Systems at Tuskegee University (2017). Those academic credentials reflect three different disciplines across computing, management, and law.
After completing her degrees, Griffin established a legal practice in Alabama. She is admitted to practice in that state and operates out of T.Griffin Law Office, LLC. The decision to start her own firm followed closely on the heels of finishing law school and business school, and it placed her at the intersection of small-firm client work and entrepreneurial practice-building.
Her background in computer science gives her a practical lens when cases involve technical detail. The MBA adds a business perspective that shapes how she assesses transactional and organizational questions. Together, those elements inform her approach to client matters. She tends to frame problems by separating technical facts from legal issues and then connecting those threads to the client’s commercial realities.
Griffin’s early career responsibilities included client counseling, drafting agreements, and managing routine litigation tasks. She handles intake and case management herself, which keeps her close to each file from the outset. Colleagues describe her style as methodical and direct. She relies on clear explanations rather than legalese when she speaks with clients.
Outside of casework, Griffin has invested time in developing office systems and client intake processes. That work reflects the skill set she built in business school: efficiency, financial oversight, and project management. Maintaining practice infrastructure has allowed her to keep caseloads organized while handling diverse client needs.
Her practice blends elements from her academic and professional background. Clients encounter a lawyer who understands basic technical concepts as well as financial and business implications. She represents individuals and small businesses in matters arising in Alabama and manages most aspects of practice through her firm.
As of 2026, Tylynn Griffin continues to run T.Griffin Law Office, LLC in Alabama and concentrates her practice on serving clients who require legal counsel connected to technology, business, and everyday legal disputes.
