In 2006, Mr. Sachs was recognized for his contributions to New Jersey law when he was named Municipal Court Attorney of the Year by the New Jersey State Bar Association. This accolade was largely due to his work on the landmark case State v. Chun, which had significant implications for DUI law in New Jersey.
