About Samuel
Samuel Mirejovsky earned his J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. He returned to Chapman in a governance role years later, serving on the university’s Board of Governors. That connection to his law school frames much of his professional life and civic involvement.
His early career began in firm administration. In 2002 he worked as a business administrator at Humphrey & Associates. Two years later he took on the role of chief administrative officer at Bergener & Associates. Those positions placed him on the operational side of law practice. He moved into partnership roles thereafter, becoming a partner at Bergener Mirejovsky in 2015 and joining Sam & Ash, LLP as a partner in 2019. The progression marks a shift from managing firm operations to taking on responsibilities that include both practicing law and running a firm.
Mirejovsky holds licenses to practice in Nevada and California. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2015 and belongs to local and regional bar groups in both states. His memberships include the Clark County Bar Association and the Nevada Justice Association beginning in 2019, the Orange County Bar Association since 2015, and the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles since 2012. Outside the bar, he has volunteered for the March of Dimes of Orange County and has been listed as a governor on Chapman’s Board since 2018.
Colleagues describe Mirejovsky as someone who blends administrative know-how with courtroom and client-facing responsibilities. His background in firm management informs how he organizes cases and oversees staff. At partner level he has handled client intake, billing structures, and internal practice procedures while also participating in client consultations and case development. The combination of administrative and legal roles gives him a practical perspective on how a law office operates and how cases move from intake to resolution.
He practices law at Sam & Ash, LLP and maintains memberships across California and Nevada legal communities. His current work involves representing clients and managing firm operations across both Nevada and California.
