About Jordan E.
Jordan E. Kingsley took a practical path into law. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2015 and completed his Juris Doctor at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2019. During law school he served as a legal extern for the Clark County District Court in 2018, where he gained regular exposure to courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making.
He entered private practice after law school and joined Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck as an associate in 2019. That early post-graduate year gave him day-to-day experience at a firm handling a range of client matters. In 2020 he moved to Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP, continuing work as an associate and deepening his litigation experience. In 2023 he began an association with Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC.
Throughout those roles, Kingsley has split time between case preparation, client counseling and courtroom work. Colleagues describe him as someone who prepares thoroughly for hearings and trials and who handles the mechanics of litigation — filings, discovery, depositions — with routine care. His courtroom time at the district court as an extern earlier in his career gave him familiarity with procedures that now inform his approach to contested matters.
Kingsley is licensed in Nevada and holds membership in the State Bar of Nevada as a lawyer and counselor. He maintains professional ties inside the state legal community and continues to participate in local bar activities. He does not hold a public academic appointment, and his background remains concentrated in private firm practice.
Today he works as an associate at Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC. His practice involves representing people injured in accidents and handling the litigation that follows. He manages investigations, negotiates with insurers and prepares cases for trial when settlements cannot be reached. He currently focuses his practice on representing people in accident and personal injury matters.
