Sabina Tomshinsky is the owner of Home Town Law, P.A., a law firm based in Gainesville, Florida. She has been practicing law since 2005, focusing on family law, estate planning, probate, landlord-tenant disputes, and business law. Tomshinsky earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003. Prior to that, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 1999. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Tomshinsky has contributed to legal education by co-authoring an article titled "The United Nations and Humanitarian Intervention: Building Legitimacy By Confronting Our Past–An Open Letter," published in the Florida Journal of International Law in 2004. She has also been involved in presenting at legal seminars, such as the National Business Institute's "The Probate Process from Start to Finish" in Gainesville, Florida, on August 31, 2012. Ms.
Tomshinsky is fluent in both English and Russian, which allows her to serve clients. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys activities like cycling, hiking, fishing, gardening, and traveling.
