About Ron
Ron Rowars entered the legal profession after earning his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1992. He was admitted to the Florida Bar that year and has maintained an active membership since. His legal education set the stage for a long career rooted in local practice and community involvement.
He serves as Of Counsel at Donaldson & Weston. In that role he provides legal advice to the firm’s clients and supports case work across a range of matters the firm handles. That title reflects a senior position that often combines direct client work with mentoring of younger attorneys inside the firm.
Rowars’s interests extend beyond the courthouse. He has longstanding ties to the aviation community in Martin County. He sits on the boards of the Stuart Airshow and the Witham Aero Club, and he is a current member of the Martin County Airport Noise Advisory Committee. He previously served as president of the Experimental Aircraft Association’s Stuart Chapter. Those roles put him at the intersection of community events, airport issues, and local stakeholders.
His civic involvement also includes youth sports. He is a past president of Jensen Beach Little League, a role that involved organizing volunteers and coordinating with local families and agencies. His activity in these volunteer positions has kept him visible in the community and connected to local concerns outside his legal practice.
A member of the Florida Bar since 1992, Rowars has kept active in the state’s legal community. He has continued his work in Martin County and nearby areas, combining courtroom experience with the practical demands of local legal work. Over the years he has balanced private practice responsibilities with volunteer leadership in aviation and youth organizations.
Today he practices as Of Counsel at Donaldson & Weston, representing clients in Florida and offering experience on matters the firm handles.
