About Rolando Gabriel
Rolando Gabriel Pumariega earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2017. He completed his legal studies after several years of concentrated coursework and clinical training. While in law school he developed a foundation in trial procedure and legal research that shaped his early practice.
Pumariega began his professional career in Florida courts soon after graduation. In 2019 he joined The Law Office of Rima C. Bardawil as an associate lawyer. There he handled a range of client matters, drafted pleadings and motions, and assisted in courtroom preparation. The position offered steady exposure to state court practice and routine client counseling.
In 2021 he moved to SteinLaw, P.A. as an associate lawyer. At SteinLaw, Pumariega took on increased responsibility in case management and legal writing. He worked on filings, discovery, and hearing preparation, often coordinating with clients and other counsel. His role required regular interaction with judges’ clerks and opposing counsel, and frequent attendance at court proceedings.
Pumariega is admitted to practice in Florida and has built his work around the procedural demands of the state’s courts. He performs factual investigation, statutory interpretation, and appellate analysis when cases require it. He also spends substantial time on client-facing tasks: explaining options, assessing risk, and outlining next steps. Colleagues describe him as methodical in courtroom preparation and thorough in his research.
Today Pumariega practices at SteinLaw, P.A., where he continues to represent clients in matters arising under Florida law. He maintains an active caseload and remains based in the state where he is licensed to practice.
