During his time at BYU, he served on the Board of Editors of the BYU Law Review from 1976 to 1978, honing his legal writing and analytical skills. Mr. Decker's practice areas are diverse, encompassing commercial litigation, construction law, dispute resolution, real estate and construction litigation, as well as trust, estate, and probate litigation.
