Robin Courtney Huggins is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Huggins is a partner at The Grant-Huggins Law Group, a law firm located in Irvine, California. She has been practicing law for over twenty-seven years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Ms. Huggins earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law at Argosy University in 1997. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Santa Monica College. During her time at Western State College of Law, she was involved in various student organizations and participated in the school's clinical legal education program.
Ms. Huggins concentrates her practice in the area of family law. She represents individuals in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Huggins has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Irvine for five years.
Ms. Huggins is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She holds membership in the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is also a certified mediator through the Orange County Superior Court mediation program. Ms. Huggins is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
