About Robert Thomas

Robert Thomas Repko built his legal foundation at Misericordia University and earned his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law. He arrived in practice with a traditional grounding in law school clinics and classroom study, then moved into courtroom work. His education set the stage for a career that spans state and federal benches.

He holds admissions in multiple jurisdictions. Those include Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as several federal courts: the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Those credentials allow him to appear in a variety of trial and appellate settings.

Over the years Repko has handled matters that require appearances in both state and federal forums. He is comfortable in contested hearings and procedural proceedings. His bar memberships and court admissions reflect a practice that crosses county and state lines. Colleagues describe him as steady in hearings and careful in preparing filings.

Repko’s work is closely connected to family law. He maintains active involvement in the Bucks County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law Section. In the Bucks County Bar Association he serves as secretary and as vice-chairman of the Young Lawyers Division. He also serves on the association’s Pro Bono Committee, Bench Bar Committee and other local panels. Those roles keep him engaged with both the procedural side of court work and the professional community that surrounds family law practice.

Beyond local bar activity, Repko participates in the American Inns of Court and the Bucks County American Inns of Court. He has ties to district lawyer offices in both Bucks and Monroe counties and has been involved with Montgomery County Inns in the past. His bar and professional memberships provide regular contact with judges, clerks and fellow practitioners across the region.

His courtroom practice includes appearances in state court and before federal judges in the districts where he is admitted. He combines litigation work with client counseling and procedural advocacy. He remains active in bar committees that aim to improve access to counsel and the bench-bar relationship.

He currently concentrates his practice on family law matters and related court work.
