About Robert

Robert Musser has practiced law for decades after completing his legal education at the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1977 following an undergraduate degree from Dickinson College in 1974. He works under the jurisdiction of Pennsylvania and maintains membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar. His career path reflects long involvement in both private practice and corporate legal work.

He has taken leadership roles across the legal community. He served as chairman of the Lancaster Bar Association. He also served as president of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association in 2005–2006. Those positions put him in contact with judges, title professionals and fellow attorneys across the state.

Several corporate and nonprofit organizations list him as counsel. He is vice president and regional counsel for Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore. He likewise serves as legal counsel to Wycliffe Bible Translators Inc. and the Summer Institute of Linguistics. He provides legal services to faith-based and social-service organizations including America’s Keswick, Bethany Christian Services and Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy Services, where he participates on the medical conversion team.

In private practice he is associated with Clymer, Musser & Sarno, P.C. The firm affiliation appears regularly in his professional listings. His work there runs alongside his duties for title insurance entities and nonprofit clients, blending transactional work, regulatory questions and counsel to organizations.

Colleagues describe his role as bridging the public-facing duties of bar leadership and the behind-the-scenes work of title and corporate counsel. His leadership at the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and his ongoing post at Security Title Guarantee tie him closely to land title and real estate matters. At the same time, his legal counsel roles for mission-focused organizations require attention to governance, contract law and regulatory compliance.

He has balanced association leadership, corporate responsibility and private practice throughout his career. The pattern is steady: engagement in professional groups, service to nonprofit clients and ongoing title-related work. He currently practices at Clymer, Musser & Sarno, P.C., focusing on title and real estate matters and serving as counsel to nonprofit organizations.
