About Robert
Robert Fadem earned a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. He completed his legal studies in the early 2010s and is admitted to practice in Texas. His academic path combined a social-science undergraduate degree with legal training, a combination that has shaped how he approaches factual and procedural questions in his work.
He began working in court settings soon after law school. In 2014 he served as a lawyer in the 113th Civil District Court, where he handled matters that required daily engagement with court procedures, filings and hearings. The following year he joined the Adkins Law Office as a lawyer. That stretch in private practice exposed him to client intake, case preparation and written advocacy outside the courthouse.
Those early roles placed him on both sides of the courtroom door. Time inside a district court brought regular contact with judges, opposing counsel and courtroom staff. Time at a law office demanded attention to the paperwork and strategy that support courtroom appearances. He learned to move between those environments and to manage the paperwork, deadlines and oral advocacy that matter in civil matters.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to files and steady under the pressures of contested proceedings. He is the kind of lawyer who organizes the record and prepares witnesses carefully. He also spends time drafting motions and responses, and he invests effort in tracking court rules and deadlines to keep cases moving.
He maintains current professional memberships and continues to engage with peers in the legal community in Texas. Over the years he has balanced courtroom work with client counseling, and he has taken on matters that require both written advocacy and in-court appearances. His background gives him a practical view of how litigation unfolds, from initial pleading through trial-related preparation.
Today he practices from an office located in the Tlaquepaque Tower. He accepts matters in Texas and concentrates his current practice on representing clients in the state.
