Robert David Eckard is the founding partner of The Law Office of Robert Eckard & Associates, P.A., located in Palm Harbor, Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar on April 12, 1999,. Mr. Eckard earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Stetson University College of Law in 1998, graduating with honors. From 2017 to 2019, he served on The Florida Bar’s 6th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee in Pinellas County, Florida. In July 2023, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis appointed him to Florida’s 6th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, and in 2024, he became the Vice Chairman of that Commission. He has also been a guest lecturer on topics involving international law and has taught courses for the National Business Institute, the Clearwater and St. Petersburg Bar Associations, and others.
