About Robert C.

Robert C. Glass built a legal foundation at the University of Virginia, where he completed a B.A. in 2003 and returned for a J.D. in 2007. He entered the profession after law school and has remained connected to the courts and bar groups that handle both trial and appellate work. The academic years suggest a steady path from undergraduate studies into a courtroom-centered career.

Early in his career Glass joined McCabe Rabin, P.A., Lawyers at Law as an associate. That position placed him in a firm known for handling contested matters in state and federal forums. He has appeared in a range of federal district courts and at the appellate level. His admissions include the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is also admitted in the District of Columbia, in Florida, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Glass maintains ties to the organized bar. He holds current memberships in the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is also active in the Federal Bar Association through its Palm Beach County chapter. His involvement in the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court included a leadership role as Co-Outreach Chair from 2013 to 2014, a post that involved coordinating educational and community programs during that period.

His work at McCabe Rabin, P.A. has been principally litigation-focused. That role requires managing case preparation, motions practice, discovery disputes and courtroom appearances. Glass’s admissions across multiple federal districts and an appellate court reflect a practice that crosses jurisdictional lines and requires familiarity with both trial procedures and appellate standards.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing filings and attentive in court settings. He balances written advocacy with oral argument and tends to take on matters that require multi-district coordination or interaction between state and federal procedures. His bar and association memberships keep him engaged with developments in federal practice and local court procedures.

As of 2026 he remains with McCabe Rabin, P.A., Lawyers at Law, working on litigation matters in state and federal courts. His current practice focuses on litigation across Florida’s state and federal forums and related appellate work.
