Robert Avery is a criminal defense attorney based in Provo, Utah. He is a founding partner of Pacific Legal Group, a firm specializing in criminal defense, general litigation, aviation law, and business representation. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2005. Prior to law school, he graduated from the Marriott School of Business in 1980 and pursued graduate-level economics studies at California State University, Los Angeles. His practice areas include DUI & DWI, criminal law, business law, juvenile law, and white-collar crime. Avery serves as an adjunct professor at the J. Reuben Clark Law School. He is a member of the American Inns of Court and contributes to the Provo-Orem community as a Board Member of the Utah Valley Symphony. He is married with four children and three grandchildren.
