About Ricky

Ricky LeBlanc built his path to the law from a classroom and a library. He earned a Bachelor of Science in History and Education from Fitchburg State College, then went on to Suffolk University Law School, receiving his J.D. in 1991. Those years paired study of the past with training in legal analysis. The combination shaped the practical, methodical approach he brings to his work.

He began practicing after law school and over time gained admission to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Those admissions allow him to take cases at both state and federal levels. He has also maintained current professional memberships in legal organizations that support continuing education and professional practice.

LeBlanc is a lawyer at Sokolove Law, where he has worked on matters handled by that firm. His role there has involved routine courtroom appearances as well as case preparation behind the scenes. He handles filings, client interviews, and legal research. He is familiar with the procedural demands of litigation and the paperwork that supports settlement and trial work.

Colleagues describe him as steady and thorough. He approaches legal problems one step at a time, breaking complex matters into manageable tasks. That methodical style reflects his academic training in history and education and his years in practice. It also shapes how he prepares clients for hearings and how he marshals evidence for a case.

Outside the office LeBlanc has kept ties to the legal community through continuing legal education and organizational participation. He stays current on procedural changes and case law developments that affect his work. He prefers practical solutions that reduce uncertainty for clients and streamline the handling of claims.

He currently practices at Sokolove Law, LLC, working on matters handled by the firm.
