About David
David Huehnergarth began his legal education at Ohio State University in Columbus, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree before moving on to study law. He earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. Those formative years combined liberal arts and professional training and set the stage for a practice grounded in procedure and client work.
After law school he qualified to practice in both Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. He holds memberships in the State Bar of Massachusetts and the State Bar of Pennsylvania. In 2024 he joined Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers as an associate attorney, bringing his academic training into a firm environment that handles injury cases across the state.
At Jeffrey Glassman, Huehnergarth’s work centers on personal injury litigation and case preparation. He handles document review, drafts pleadings and motions, conducts witness interviews and participates in depositions. He assists in preparing demand packages and negotiating settlements, and he contributes to trial preparation when matters move toward court. Colleagues describe his approach as methodical and practical; he follows the facts and the file.
His admission to practice in two jurisdictions informs how he manages multi-state aspects of cases and client expectations. Membership in both state bars also means he remains engaged with continuing legal education and the procedural differences that can affect discovery, expert practice and venue questions. He handles the day-to-day case work while relying on experienced firm attorneys for strategy and courtroom representation when cases require it.
Huehnergarth works from the firm’s Boston and Taunton offices. He represents clients in Massachusetts and manages matters that touch on Pennsylvania law when necessary. His role at Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers is that of an associate attorney handling personal injury claims, client counseling, case development and litigation support. He currently practices at Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, handling personal injury matters from the firm's Boston and Taunton offices.
