About Richard Edward Quintilone
Richard Edward Quintilone II is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999 and holds bar number 200995. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Quintilone is the founder and managing partner of Quintilone & Associates, a law firm located in Lake Forest, California. He has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Quintilone earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Old Dominion University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995. During his time at Chapman, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in his field.
Mr. Quintilone concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law and personal injury. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and premises liability claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Quintilone has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at the national labor and employment defense firm of Fisher & Phillips and with some of Southern California’s preeminent trial lawyers at Horton, Barbaro & Reilly. He was also an associate with the insurance defense firm of Hollins Schechter, working on large multi-party cases in their environmental, liability, and employment practice areas.
Mr. Quintilone is an active member of the California State Bar and the Orange County Bar Association, where he participates in the Labor and Employment Law Section. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Quintilone is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
