About Renata T.

Renata T. Pabisz earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2011. She completed a demanding curriculum and entered the legal field at a time of shifting policy and growing demand for counsel in both immigration and estate matters. Her legal education provided a foundation in litigation and transactional work, and it framed the dual path she would take in practice.

Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Pabisz joined High Swartz LLP in 2021 as an estate planning and immigration lawyer. She practices from the firm’s Cherry Hill, Norristown and Doylestown offices. At High Swartz she is part of a team that serves clients across state lines, helping individuals and families handle sensitive personal and legal transitions.

Her work in estate planning covers the tasks that come before and after a death. She prepares wills and trusts, drafts powers of attorney and advance health care directives, and assists families with probate and the administration of estates. She aims to explain options plainly. She meets clients where they are and lays out practical steps for protecting assets and simplifying transfer to the next generation.

On the immigration side, Pabisz assists clients with family-based petitions, naturalization paperwork and applications that affect a person’s ability to live and work in the United States. She works on cases that involve adjustment of status and related relief. Her files often involve timelines and documentation that require coordination between clients and government agencies. She guides people through those processes and prepares filings intended to satisfy statutory requirements.

Colleagues describe her as detail-oriented in file preparation and steady in client meetings. She applies careful attention to deadlines and procedural rules. In a practice that mixes estate planning and immigration, attention to paperwork and chronology matters; a missed date or incomplete form can alter outcomes.

Pabisz maintains a practice that crosses municipal lines and state boundaries. She counsels individuals at all stages of life, from young families planning for the future to older adults arranging for incapacity and succession. She also represents noncitizens navigating a changing administrative and statutory landscape. At present she practices estate planning and immigration law at High Swartz LLP, serving clients from the firm’s Cherry Hill, Norristown and Doylestown offices and handling matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
