About Reginald A.
Reginald A. Greene built a legal foundation at Howard University and returned there to earn his law degree. He graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1989, appearing on the dean's list while majoring in communications and minoring in business administration. He remained at Howard for law school and completed his Juris Doctor in 1995. During law school he took leadership roles, serving as president of the Black Law Students Association and participating in Moot Court competitions.
After passing the bar, Greene began a career that spans state and federal courts across several jurisdictions. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, New York, Illinois and Missouri, and he has secured admissions to multiple federal tribunals, including the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and district courts in New York, Georgia and Illinois. He joined the State Bar of Georgia in 2002 and remains an active member.
Greene moved into firm leadership in 2009 when he became managing partner of Greene Legal Group LLC. In that role he oversees firm operations and directs litigation strategy. His responsibilities include supervising case teams, managing client relationships and coordinating filings in the federal and state venues to which he holds admission. Colleagues and clients have relied on him to handle complex procedural challenges that arise in multi-jurisdictional matters.
Over the years Greene has developed experience in litigating in trial and appellate settings. His court admissions reflect work in both regional and national forums, including proceedings before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and district courts across Northern and Southern districts of New York and Georgia, as well as the Northern District of Illinois and the Middle District of Georgia. He routinely prepares pleadings, argues motions and navigates pretrial practice in those courts.
Greene's background combines the organizational skills of his undergraduate studies with the advocacy training he received in law school. That combination informs how he runs his practice and how he allocates resources within the firm. He continues to head Greene Legal Group LLC, where his practice concentrates on civil litigation in state and federal courts and related pretrial and appellate work.
