About Raul

Raul Menar is a partner at Menar & Menar Lawyers at Law and has held that role since 2007. He is a familiar presence in courtrooms and committee rooms across New Jersey and New York. Colleagues know him for steady participation in local bar work and for long-term involvement in fee arbitration panels.

He began his academic path at New York University, where he received a B.A. in 1997. He went on to Brooklyn Law School, earning a Juris Doctor in 2002 and completing an LL.M. in 2005. That sequence of degrees gave him both foundational training and advanced study in law during the early part of his career.

Menar is licensed to practice in New York and in New Jersey. He has maintained active practices in both jurisdictions, handling matters that require familiarity with the rules and procedures of two neighboring state systems. That bi-state practice has shaped how he approaches case preparation and client communications.

He became a partner at Menar & Menar Lawyers at Law in 2007. Over the years he has balanced firm responsibilities with service to professional organizations. His name appears regularly on local rosters and committee lists. The firm operates offices that serve clients across the region, and he remains based at the firm as he manages client matters and participates in the firm’s work.

Outside the office he holds several association roles. He is a member of the Appleton Family Inn of Court. He serves as Panel Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court Fee Arbitration Committee for District VIII, a position that involves overseeing panels that resolve fee disputes between attorneys and clients. He is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and serves as a trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association. Those roles keep him involved in the procedural and ethical conversations of the bar.

The arc of his career shows steady progression from law student to practitioner and then to firm partner and committee leader. He combines academic credentials—a B.A., a J.D. and an LL.M.—with ongoing civic and professional participation. He continues to handle cases and to represent clients through Menar & Menar Lawyers at Law.

He currently concentrates his practice on serving clients in matters across New York and New Jersey through Menar & Menar Lawyers at Law.
