Raphael Moore is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Moore is a partner at Moore & Moore Attorneys at Law, a law firm located in Davis, California. He has been practicing law for over 32 years, serving clients throughout Yolo County and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Moore earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in 1993. He furthered his legal education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Transactions from the same institution in 1994. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Davis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Education, and Music in 1990.
Mr. Moore concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, business law, and immigration law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving wills, trusts, probate administration, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and various immigration issues, including family visas and work visas. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Moore has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Yolo, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the United States Court of Federal Claims. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as a partner at Martensen & Moore from 1994 to 1997 and as the owner of the Law Office of Raphael Moore from 1997 to 2005.
Mr. Moore is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Yolo County Bar Association. He is also a certified notary public in the state of California. Mr. Moore is fluent in Hebrew, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
