About Randi Lynne
Randi Lynne Rubin built a legal career that began in the support roles of a law firm and moved steadily into leadership positions. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in speech communications from Pennsylvania State University in 1986, added a paralegal certificate in litigation in 1990, and completed her Juris Doctor at Temple University in 1995. Those early years shaped a practical approach to law, grounded in courtroom procedure and firm operations.
After law school Rubin returned to the workforce already familiar with law office life. She held paralegal and auditing posts in the early 1990s, including roles at Cozen & O'Connor and AIG. By 1998 she was working as a lawyer at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, a position that placed her squarely in private practice. In 2005 she moved in-house as general counsel for Specialty Surfaces International, known as Sprinturf, where she handled corporate and commercial matters for a manufacturing and distribution business.
Rubin is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Over the years she has maintained active ties to local and state bar organizations. She is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Locally she participates in the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association, aligning herself with both family law and real estate sections. Her participation in the Nicholas A. Cipriani and Doris Jonas Family Law American Inns of Court reflects a continuing engagement with peers who concentrate on family law practice.
Public service and community involvement have run through Rubin’s career. She has served as an alternate on the Whitemarsh Township zoning board since 2006. Earlier, she sat on Montgomery County’s board of elections for the Middle 3 District from 2004 to 2009. Her volunteer work includes long-term involvement with the Homeless Advocacy Project, serving on the board and on fundraising committees between 1993 and 2009, and participating in the Volunteers for the Indigent Program in the late 1990s.
Her professional affiliations extend beyond law. Rubin has been associated with Fashion Group International since 2010, an indication of broader civic and social interests.
She divides her practice between family law and real estate matters and continues to serve clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
