About Rachel Lipman
Rachel Lipman Curran is an Ohio lawyer who earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2004. She moved to the Cincinnati area after law school and began her career in public service. Early legal training and courtroom exposure came quickly.
In 2005 she joined the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant Prosecutor. There she worked on prosecutorial matters and handled cases that required courtroom appearances, client interviews and coordination with law enforcement. The prosecutor’s office offered an intense introduction to trial preparation and time-sensitive decision making.
After several years in the public sector she transitioned into private practice. She later became part of Shur Law Co LPA, where she continued to represent clients in state courts. She is known for preparing cases thoroughly and for an attention to detail in legal filings and courtroom presentation.
