About Quintesha Shamera

Quintesha Shamera Reynolds built a steady legal path through two Georgia schools before entering practice. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia in 2016 and completed her Juris Doctor at Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2020. Those credentials set the stage for an early career in civil defense work.

After law school Reynolds joined the State Bar of Georgia in 2020. She moved quickly into the insurance defense arena. In 2020 she worked as an associate for an insurance company where she defended and negotiated claims that were being sought by claimants. That role placed her on the front lines of claim evaluation, settlement talks and the procedural side of civil matters. It was practical work that required attention to detail and steady client communication.

Her professional affiliations reflect a focus on trial and local bar activity. Reynolds has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Macon Bar Association since 2020. She joined the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Macon Trial Lawyers Association in 2023 and maintains memberships in those organizations through the present. These associations connect her to peers in both statewide and local trial practice communities.

Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She has handled negotiations and claim defenses, often in settings where the economics of a file and the tactical decisions about settlement are closely linked. The work required balancing a carrier’s exposure with the claimant’s demands, and producing written analyses that informed resolution decisions.

Reynolds practices in Georgia and continues to develop her caseload in the state. She works out of McArthur Law Frim and remains active in the Macon legal community through her bar and trial association memberships. Her record so far centers on insurance-related matters and civil defense work.

As of 2026 she is licensed and active in Georgia and practices at McArthur Law Frim, handling insurance defense and claim negotiations.
