About Peter William
Peter William Thomas is the founder of Praxidice, a boutique law firm in Aspen, Colorado, specializing in complex commercial and civil litigation, trials, and appellate advocacy. With over 29 years of experience, he has been licensed to practice in Colorado since 1996 and in the 10th Circuit since 1997. Mr. Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1996, following a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in 1992.
During law school, he clerked for the Colorado Court of Appeals, gaining experience in appellate practice. His practice areas encompass personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, business law, construction law, real estate law, appeals and appellate, and white-collar crime. Notably, he has secured significant settlements, including a $10 million settlement in a privacy violation case against Google. Mr.
Thomas holds the highest AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating™ from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer in multiple practice areas, including litigation and real estate. He has also attained the designation of Master Advocate with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
