About Chelsea Rae

Chelsea Rae Clark earned a B.S. in Business Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University in 2006. She returned to school for law and received her J.D. from the University of Denver in 2016. Those two degrees frame her approach to legal work: one rooted in numbers and property, the other in legal analysis and procedure.

Her early involvement in organized bar work began while she was still connected to the legal community. She has been a member of the Colorado Bar Association Public and Legal Services section since 2013. That affiliation preceded her law degree and continued into her professional life. After completing law school, she joined the Pitkin County Bar Association in 2017, embedding herself in the local legal landscape.

Clark’s admissions include the Colorado bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She draws on her academic background in business finance and real estate when evaluating legal problems. That background gives her a particular lens for matters that intersect financial concepts and property issues. She also brings practical familiarity with procedural rules in both state and federal forums.

Her career has included involvement in local bar activities and work that connects public interest and legal services. Those early ties to public and legal service work have informed how she manages cases and interacts with community institutions. Over time she has built connections within Pitkin County’s legal community while maintaining broader access to federal appellate avenues through the Tenth Circuit admission.

Clark operates from Clark Law, LLC. The firm provides representation in matters filed in Colorado courts and in appropriate federal venues. She balances case management, client counseling, and court filings, paying attention to the procedural demands of each forum. Her practice reflects the combination of a business-oriented undergraduate education and a law degree earned at a Denver law school.

Colleagues describe her as methodical in file preparation and exacting in court filings. Clients who work with her can expect detailed legal analysis and steady attention to deadlines. She remains active in bar activities and continues to participate in the networks that have defined much of her professional life. She currently concentrates on representing clients in Colorado state courts and before the Tenth Circuit.
