Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Boalt Hall, he was actively involved in various student organizations and gained practical experience through internships and clerkships.

Mr. Stanwyck concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, arbitration and mediation, and employment law. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Oakland for several years, gaining extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Mr. Stanwyck is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
