About Peter G.
Peter G. Golden earned a B.A. in Government from Oberlin College in 1989 and went on to receive his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1995. Those academic years set the foundation for a practice that spans both trial courts and appellate dockets.
After law school he built a practice that reaches across state and federal lines. He has practiced at Hall, Bloch, Garland & Meyer, LLP, representing clients in matters brought in multiple jurisdictions. His work routinely takes him into courts in both Georgia and Michigan.
He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Michigan, and he holds admissions in several federal tribunals. Those include the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is also admitted to the Sixth and Eleventh Circuits, which allows him to handle appeals at the federal appellate level.
His caseload has a mix of trial-level litigation and appellate advocacy.
