About Paul
Paul Hux earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University in 1986 and completed his legal studies at the University of Richmond School of Law in 1991. He moved into practice soon after law school and built a career around courtroom work and client representation. He remains connected to the Richmond legal community where he began his practice.
His early years in practice were spent at a Richmond area law firm that handled real estate matters. In 1994 he shifted into a Richmond personal injury office, expanding his litigation experience. He joined Allen, Allen, Allen and Allen in 1999 as a lawyer. Eight years later he became a partner and trial lawyer at the same firm. Over time he has handled matters at different points in the litigation process, from pre-suit investigation through trial.
Hux is active in several bar and trial organizations. He holds membership in the Virginia Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Richmond Bar Association, the Chesterfield/Colonial Heights Bar Association and the Petersburg Bar Association. Those affiliations reflect steady involvement in professional circles and continuing legal education. His courtroom work covers personal injury claims and disputes that sometimes intersect with property and transactional issues, drawing on his early experience in real estate.
Today he practices out of Allen & Allen’s Chesterfield office. As a partner and trial lawyer he manages client files, prepares cases for hearing, and represents plaintiffs in civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and remains based in the region where he began his career. His current practice handles personal injury and real estate-related matters, and he continues to try cases on behalf of clients from the Chesterfield office.
