About Paul

Paul Fisher built his legal foundation at the University of Arizona, where he earned a J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law. He also holds an MPA from the Eller College of Management and a B.A. from the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences. The combination of legal training and public administration informs how he approaches complex matters and client questions.

He practices in Colorado and maintains admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Over the years he has joined several professional organizations, including the Colorado Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Those memberships reflect steady engagement with the state and national legal communities.

Fisher’s career has involved courtroom work and filings in both state and federal venues. He has experience handling contested matters and preparing cases for trial, working through the procedural and evidentiary issues litigation presents. Colleagues describe him as methodical and pragmatic in courtroom settings. He balances attention to detail with an eye toward outcomes that matter to clients.

His academic background pairs legal study with management training. The MPA gives him an understanding of organizational and administrative dynamics, which he applies when coordinating investigations, managing discovery, and overseeing litigation teams. The B.A. in the social and behavioral sciences contributes to how he evaluates witness testimony and prepares narrative themes for jury presentation.

Outside the courtroom he stays active in professional and community organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors of Fisher House Denver, supporting programs that assist military families. He is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars – Post 1, and retains memberships in the American Association for Justice and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Those roles keep him connected to civic issues and local veteran communities.

He practices from Fisher & Associates P.C., where he has been involved in cases filed across Colorado and in federal court when jurisdiction requires. His work combines litigation practice, court filings and case management. He continues to serve clients through Fisher & Associates P.C., handling litigation matters in state and federal courts.
