Mr. Phancao earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2000. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997. During his time at California Western, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles and practices.
Mr. Phancao concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and probate. He represents individuals and families in matters involving trusts, wills, guardianships, conservatorships, and probate administration. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial consultations, document preparation, negotiations, and court appearances in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Phancao has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Irvine for five years.
Mr. Phancao is an active member of the California Lawyers Association and its Trusts and Estates Section. He is also a member of the Florida Bar. He is fluent in English, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
