Mr. Harshman earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Whittier Law School in 1998. He furthered his legal education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995.
