Patrick Michael Donnici is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in both Missouri and California. He was admitted to the Missouri State Bar in 1979 and to the California State Bar in 1981, holding. His license status is currently active in California. Mr. Donnici is a partner at Squire Patton Boggs, a law firm located in San Francisco, California. He has been practicing law for over 45 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
Mr. Donnici earned his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1979. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with distinction in 1976. During his time at Northwestern, he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.
Mr. Donnici concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, estate planning, and elder law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, estate administration, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. He has also appeared before the Missouri state courts. Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Francisco for several years.
Mr. Donnici is an active member of the State Bar of California and The Missouri Bar. He holds membership in the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Italian-American Bar Association. He is also a certified mediator through the San Francisco Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Donnici is fluent in English and Italian, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the San Francisco Bay Area effectively.
