Patrick Joseph Clifford is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California and Nevada. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998 and to the Nevada State Bar in 2013. His license status in both states is active. Mr. Clifford is the founder and principal attorney at Clifford Senior Law, PLLC, a law firm located at 1489 West Warm Springs Road, Suite #110, Henderson, NV 89014. He has been practicing law for over 28 years, serving clients in both California and Nevada.
Mr. Clifford earned his Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1997, where he graduated with highest honors. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology in 1989. During his time at Golden Gate University, he specialized in Environmental Law, earning a certificate in that field.
Mr. Clifford concentrates his practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, and personal injury. He represents individuals in matters involving products liability, premises liability, and personal injury claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Clifford has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He has also appeared before the Nevada Supreme Court. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City, California, for five years.
Mr. Clifford is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He holds membership in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law College. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Clifford is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California and Nevada effectively.
