About Patricia

Patricia Alabise earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2015. She completed her legal studies during a period of change in the legal market, graduating equipped to enter practice in California. Her time in law school set the foundation for courtroom procedure and client counseling that would inform her early career.

After law school she took the step to practice in California. She is admitted to the California bar and has maintained professional ties in the legal community since graduating. Early work often included handling routine filings, drafting motions and advising clients on procedural matters. Those experiences helped shape a practical approach to problem solving.

Colleagues describe her as careful in preparation and straightforward in court. She favors clear written argument and disciplined case management. That approach translates to steady handling of matters that arise under state law. She has handled matters that required attention to deadlines, evidence and client communication.

Her practice is rooted in the everyday demands of representing individuals and businesses in state proceedings. That has required working with clients to identify objectives, assess risk, and weigh options. She balances advocacy in hearings with the less visible work that keeps cases moving: discovery, negotiation and document preparation.

Outside of casework she has stayed active in professional circles since 2015. Those memberships have kept her connected to peers and current developments in California law. Participation in those groups has also meant regular exposure to continuing legal education and discussions about changes to local rules and procedures.

Patricia approaches each matter with attention to detail. She prepares witnesses, organizes records and frames legal questions for judges and opposing counsel. Her courtroom presence favors clarity over ornament; her briefs tend to be concise and focused on the dispositive issues.

Today she practices in California. Her current work centers on representing clients in state matters and advising them on the procedural and substantive dimensions of their cases.
