About Pamela Marie Mori
Pamela Marie Mori Holcombe earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Maine - University of Southern Maine before completing her J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law. Her academic path combined an interest in global affairs with formal legal training, laying a foundation for a practice that spans federal and state work.
Holcombe began her legal career in the late 1990s at English, McCaughan & O'Bryan, P.A., joining that firm in 1998. She moved on in 2003 to Akerman Senterfitt, where she spent formative years handling litigation matters. In 2016 she became part of Anastasia Law, PL, where she continues her work as a lawyer. The sequence of positions traces a steady march through regional firms and into a practice that balances courtroom work and committee involvement.
Her court admissions reflect a practice that operates across multiple levels. Holcombe is admitted to the Florida bar and authorized to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the federal district courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Those credentials allow her to handle appeals and federal filings as well as state-court litigation.
Professionally she has taken on a number of committee and leadership roles. She serves as Chair of a Pro Bono Initiative and sits on the executive board of the St. Augustine Inn of Court. She is active in the St. Johns County Bar Association and the St. Johns County chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. In Jacksonville she leads the Construction Law Committee for the Jacksonville Bar Association. At the state level she participates in the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, including its Business Litigation Committee and the civil rules committee, and she holds the vice chair position on the Equine Subcommittee of the Animal Law Section.
Those positions inform the types of matters she handles. Holcombe’s practice includes business litigation and construction disputes, and she often engages in cases that touch on animal and equine issues through her work on the Animal Law Section. Her courtroom admissions enable her to take cases through trial and appeal when required.
Colleagues describe her as steady and procedural; clients see an attorney who understands both the courthouse and the committee room. She maintains an active role in local and state bar organizations and continues to practice at Anastasia Law, PL, focusing on business litigation, construction law, and matters involving animals and equine law.
