About Noah
Noah Kilroy built his legal foundation in Rhode Island. He completed a Bachelor of Science at Salve Regina University in 2009 after beginning undergraduate studies in 2005. He then attended Roger Williams University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2013 following a three-year course of study that began in 2010.
After law school, Kilroy established himself in New England. He is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and maintains active ties to the Rhode Island legal community through membership in the Rhode Island State Bar. Those credentials have shaped a practice that moves between two neighboring jurisdictions, handling matters that require familiarity with state rules and local court procedures.
Colleagues describe him as practical and steady in court. He takes a measured approach to casework. He prepares papers carefully and prefers clarity in client advice. Those are attributes that matter in state practice, where procedural detail can determine outcomes as much as substantive law.
Kilroy’s career has involved appearances in state courts and work with clients who face issues governed by Massachusetts and Rhode Island law. He has managed filings, motions, and hearings, and has guided clients through pretrial processes. He also spends time on counseling and transactional work when matters call for it. He balances courtroom readiness with paperwork and client communication.
Outside of court, Kilroy participates in the Rhode Island State Bar’s activities. He attends meetings and contributes to conversations about practice standards and professional responsibilities. That participation keeps him connected to changes in local rules and to developments affecting day-to-day practice in the state.
He prefers straightforward solutions when they are available. He prepares for trial when necessary, but he also looks for negotiated outcomes that resolve disputes efficiently. His style is direct and pragmatic. He aims to give clients clear choices and to explain tradeoffs in plain language.
Now practicing across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Kilroy draws on his regional education and bar memberships to serve individuals and businesses in both states. His current practice concentrates on matters arising under Massachusetts and Rhode Island law.
