About Noah I

Noah I Axler built his legal foundation at the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a B.A., and then at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he completed his J.D. in 1999. He came of age professionally in the late 1990s and early 2000s, a period that shaped his approach to both transactional work and courtroom practice. Those formative years established the credentials he would draw on throughout a varied career.

Early in his professional life he combined in-house responsibilities with private practice. In 2006 he served as general counsel and held a managing membership at Noasha Toys. That role placed him inside corporate decision-making and exposed him to regulatory, contractual, and operational issues that businesses face. He moved into private practice shortly afterward and began building a client base outside of an exclusively in-house setting.

Axler launched his own practice as principal of the Law Offices of Noah Axler, LLC in 2010. A year later he joined Donovan Axler LLC as a partner, expanding his collaborative work with other attorneys and handling a broader docket. In 2016 he was a founding partner of Axler Goldich LLC. Each move reflected a shift in responsibility and scale, from solo practice to partnership to firm founding. Colleagues and clients have noted that those transitions were deliberate and tied to the types of matters he began to take on.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he holds admission to the federal appellate courts for the Third and Sixth Circuits. Those credentials allow him to take cases across state and federal forums. Over the years he has handled matters that required coordinated filings and appearances in multiple jurisdictions, and he is familiar with the procedural demands of both trial and appellate practice.

Today he is a founding partner at Axler Goldich LLC. He maintains a private practice that handles matters in the jurisdictions to which he is admitted, and he continues to manage the practical and procedural aspects of cases that cross state and federal lines. His current practice centers on representation of clients in state and federal matters handled through his firm.
