Noël Lohr is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990 and holds bar number 151092. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Lohr is a partner at Raines Feldman LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in Los Angeles and Irvine, California. She has been practicing law for over 36 years, serving clients throughout California.
Ms. Lohr earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California in 1987. She then pursued her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, graduating in 1990. During her time at USC Gould, she was involved in various student organizations and activities, contributing to her comprehensive legal education.
Ms. Lohr concentrates her practice in the areas of business law and entertainment and sports law. She represents clients in matters involving business contracts, business dissolution, business finance, business formation, business litigation, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership and shareholder disputes. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. Additionally, she handles cases related to entertainment and media litigation, as well as lending practices.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lohr has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Raines Feldman LLP, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Ms. Lohr is an active member of the California State Bar Association. She holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. She is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Ms. Lohr is fluent in English, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
