About Nicole M
Nicole M Denmon earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2006, completing her legal education after enrolling in 2003. Her time at Stetson coincided with the formative years of a career that would stay rooted in Florida courts. She was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year she graduated and has maintained active membership in the Florida Bar Association since 2006.
Early in her career Denmon built experience in courtroom litigation. She moved from associate roles into partnership, taking on greater responsibility for case strategy and trial preparation. In 2010 she helped establish Denmon & Denmon Trial Lawyers, a firm that placed trial litigation at the center of its work. Seven years later she helped launch Denmon Pearlman Trial Lawyers, where she continued to shape case work and firm operations.
Colleagues describe Denmon as methodical in preparation and direct in court. She has repeatedly returned to the courthouse to handle evidentiary hearings, motions practice and trials. Her practice has required coordination of discovery, witness preparation and client counseling. Those tasks have defined her day-to-day work as much as any single verdict or settlement.
Denmon has practiced exclusively in Florida. That state-level focus has meant repeated appearances before county and circuit judges across the Tampa Bay region. She manages matters from intake through trial, and she has overseen teams handling complex procedural schedules and litigation calendars. Her role as a founding partner has also included mentoring junior lawyers and setting firm processes for case management and client communication.
The firms she helped build maintain offices in Saint Petersburg, New Port Richey and Tampa. Those locations reflect a regional approach to handling cases that arise in different counties, while keeping coordination centralized at the partner level. The multi-office structure has allowed the firms to serve clients at hearings and trials throughout the area.
Denmon continues to practice in Florida courts and remains an active member of the Florida Bar Association. She concentrates on trial litigation and litigation-related practice in Florida.
