About Nicole Elizabeth
Nicole Elizabeth Nicolette received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2005 after completing a bachelor’s degree in communications and English at Tulane University in 2000. Her undergraduate studies gave her a grounding in writing and argumentation that later informed her legal work. She entered the profession in the mid-2000s and has practiced across several states since then.
She spent significant portions of her career at Russell Mace & Associates, working out of multiple offices and managing matters that required coordination across state lines. That work exposed her to different court systems and client needs, and it involved both individual client representation and collaborative work with litigation teams. Her career path has taken her to offices in Myrtle Beach and Charleston, South Carolina, as well as locations in Florida and New York.
Nicolette is licensed to practice in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina, and she is admitted to the bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Those admissions allow her to handle matters in state and federal forums and to pursue appeal work when cases move beyond trial courts. Over the years she has handled filings, motions and courtroom appearances that reflect the practical demands of multi-jurisdictional practice.
Her background in communications and English has been a practical asset. She has written briefs, prepared pleadings and communicated complex legal positions to judges and opposing counsel. The combination of courtroom experience and written advocacy is a consistent feature of her file work. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical and attentive to procedural detail.
She continues to practice law and maintains ties to the regional offices where she has worked. Her current practice concentrates on representing clients in matters across the jurisdictions where she is admitted, and she appears in both trial and appellate courts when cases require it.
