About Bradley
Bradley Yates earned a B.S. in Business Management and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina - Columbia in 2007. He continued his studies at Appalachian School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2011. Those academic credentials laid a foundation for a practice rooted in both transactional thinking and courtroom work. He is licensed to practice in South Carolina.
After law school, Yates set out to build a small firm tailored to local needs. He is the founder and a practicing lawyer at The Yates Firm. Over time he has overseen cases and handled client matters that span everyday disputes, business concerns and real property issues. He established the firm to provide a single point of contact for clients who prefer direct engagement with their attorney.
His undergraduate training in business management and real estate informs how he approaches legal problems. That background contributes to a practical view of contracts, property matters and the commercial side of disputes. His law school training added the procedural and analytical tools needed to bring those cases before judges and juries when necessary.
