About Nicolas David

Nicolas David Turner built his legal foundation at Gonzaga University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2009. He arrived at law school after several years of undergraduate study and completed the JD program in the late 2000s. The coursework and clinics at Gonzaga shaped his approach to practice and introduced him to courtroom procedure and client counseling.

After law school he returned to practice in Utah. He is admitted to the Utah bar and has spent his career working in that jurisdiction. Early years in practice included time handling matters across civil practice areas and working alongside more senior attorneys to develop practical litigation and transactional skills. That period was a hands-on apprenticeship, the kind that forces clear judgment and steady preparation.

Turner joined the Southern Utah Bar Association in 2009 and has maintained that membership ever since. Participation in the association has kept him connected to colleagues across the region. It has also provided ongoing access to continuing legal education and local practice resources. Those ties have informed how he approaches client matters and how he manages case strategy.

He later became part of the team at Turner & Kuhlmann, P.C., where he has practiced through multiple calendar years. At the firm he has worked on matters that require attention to procedural detail and careful client communication. Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and measured at the courthouse. He has represented clients in filings, hearings, and negotiations, drawing on his courtroom exposure from law school and early practice.

Turner’s career path shows a steady progression from student to practitioner. He has remained based in Utah and continues to serve clients there. His professional memberships reflect a continuing engagement with the local bar community. He keeps his practice focused on providing legal services to clients in the state, relying on years of hands-on experience in Utah courts and administrative settings.

He practices at Turner & Kuhlmann, P.C., and his work centers on legal matters in Utah.
