About Nicholas J

Nicholas J Guiliano studied economics as an undergraduate at Tulane University, earning a B.S. in 1978. He went on to law school at Temple University Beasley School of Law, enrolling in 1992 and receiving his J.D. in 1995. Those academic years laid a foundation in both economic theory and legal analysis that has informed his later work.

Early in his career Guiliano held associate positions at two firms that handle complex litigation. In 1994 he worked at Barrack Rodos & Bacine. He later joined Berger & Montague, PC as an associate in 1997. Those roles exposed him to large, document-intensive cases and to the procedural demands of federal court practice.

Guiliano is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is also admitted to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Third Circuit. He belongs to the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, an organization that brings together lawyers who represent investors in securities disputes. That membership and his firm experience place him in the circle of lawyers who regularly handle investor claims and class actions.

Colleagues and court filings reflect work on cases that turn on financial records, regulatory rules and the interplay between corporate conduct and investor protections. He is comfortable in federal court and in administrative or arbitration settings that require a command of both law and the technical material behind securities claims. His background in economics helps when a case depends on market analysis or loss calculation.

Guiliano now practices at Guiliano Law Group, P.C. The firm maintains multiple offices, and he draws on his earlier national litigation experience when the work requires coordination across jurisdictions. He handles matters that demand detailed case preparation, briefing in federal courts, and presentations before arbitration panels. He is an active member of his bar groups and continues to work on cases involving investor recovery and related litigation.

He practices at Guiliano Law Group, P.C., concentrating on securities litigation and representing investors.
